MOE E-Learning Movement
The project continues the previous project funded by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Taiwan.
It aims to 1) enhance teachers’ and students’ digital learning skills, 2) enrich the related policy and strategies in universities, 3) promote the sustainability of using education resources, and 4) connect to global academics.
The project expects to link up several universities to form an alliance. The leadership university acts as a cultivation center and demonstrates how they promote digital learning in their university for the partner universities in the ally. The alliance members can optimize and share digital learning resources, build an ecosystem for sustainable operations and enrich their promoting energy.
In this term of the project, we funded six alliances with 32 universities involved, covering almost everywhere in Taiwan. Each alliance actively trains teachers, offers high-quality courses in different series, organizes workshops to improve the digital learning literacy of teachers and students, and establishes related policies and strategies in their universities.
In addition, the alliances are also actively connecting to other countries, promoting the flow of talents, and expecting to take this opportunity to stimulate all walks of life to create various cooperation opportunities using digital learning, open education, and other methods.
